Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information may be handled when you visit the Fourth & Grace website.
Last Updated: August 25, 2026
1. Introduction
Fourth & Grace is a founder-led marketing company based in Texas. This Privacy Policy describes the information that may be processed through this website and the limited ways that information may be used.
2. Information You Provide
When you use the Let’s Connect inquiry form, Fourth & Grace collects the information you choose to provide: your name and email address; your company or organization and website, if provided; the service you select; information about what is happening in your business; and your desired start timeframe, if provided.
The form is processed through WPForms Lite. Inquiry entries are not stored in the WordPress database, and WPForms entry backups are disabled. Email delivery is handled through WP Mail SMTP using Google/Gmail OAuth and is sent to the verified Fourth & Grace Gmail account. Messages may remain in that account according to reasonable business communication and record-retention practices. The information is used to review inquiries, respond, evaluate potential engagements, and communicate about requested services.
If you purchase a digital Resource, information associated with the purchase may include your name, email address, billing details, order and product information, transaction details, and records of download access. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider, including WooPayments or PayPal; Fourth & Grace does not directly store full payment-card numbers.
3. Information Processed Automatically
Like most websites, the hosting platform and core website software may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an internet protocol address, browser or device information, requested pages, date and time of a request, and similar server or security log information.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are active on this website to help Fourth & Grace understand website usage and measure successful inquiry-form submissions. These services may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, interaction, and similar usage information. Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, advertising pixels, and comparable advertising tracking are not currently active.
4. How Information May Be Used
Information received through the inquiry form or processed by the website infrastructure may be used to:
- review and respond to inquiries;
- evaluate potential engagements and communicate about requested services;
- operate, maintain and secure the website;
- diagnose technical problems and support website functionality;
- process digital purchases, provide download access, support customers, and handle payment disputes;
- maintain appropriate transaction, accounting and legal records; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Fourth & Grace does not use information submitted through this website to guarantee or promise any particular marketing or business result.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
WordPress and Bluehost may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website administration, authentication, security, caching or core functionality. Administrative login cookies apply to authorized site users, not ordinary visitors who do not sign in.
Public commenting is disabled and the site does not currently offer visitor accounts. No cookie-consent management platform or advertising-cookie system is currently installed. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager may use cookies or similar technologies for website measurement. No advertising pixels are currently active.
6. Third-Party Services
The site currently relies on WordPress and WooCommerce, Bluehost hosting and related hosting functionality, the Kadence theme and blocks, Yoast SEO, WPForms Lite, WP Mail SMTP, Google/Gmail for OAuth-authorized email delivery, and WooPayments and PayPal for payment processing. These providers may process limited information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, or support their services. WooPayments and PayPal may process billing, payment and transaction information needed to complete a purchase; Fourth & Grace does not directly store full payment-card numbers. The site also requests its approved webfonts through Google Fonts.
The Let’s Connect form uses WPForms local invisible anti-spam protection and a minimum-submission-time check. No third-party CAPTCHA is active. The site uses Google Tag Manager to deploy Google Analytics 4 for basic website measurement and successful-form-submission event reporting. No newsletter, social-media embed, advertising, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, or other advertising integration was active when this policy was updated.
7. Data Sharing
Fourth & Grace may allow service providers supporting the website, including WooPayments and PayPal when a purchase is made, to process information only as reasonably necessary to provide hosting, security, maintenance, payment processing or other requested functionality. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transition. Fourth & Grace does not represent that information is never processed by service providers.
8. Data Security
Reasonable care may be used to protect information handled through the website, but no website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Data Retention
Fourth & Grace has not adopted a fixed website-data retention schedule. Inquiry entries are not stored in the WordPress database. Email inquiries may be retained in the Fourth & Grace Gmail account only as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate or manage a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business records, protect security, or comply with law. Order, transaction, product and download-access records may be retained as reasonably necessary to complete purchases, provide support and downloads, handle disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Technical records may be retained by the hosting or service providers according to their own operational practices.
10. External Links
The website may link to third-party websites or services. Fourth & Grace does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Visitors should review the policies that apply to any external service they choose to use.
11. Children’s Privacy
This business and marketing-services website is not intentionally directed to children. Fourth & Grace does not knowingly seek personal information from children through the website.
12. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the website, its services or applicable requirements change. The Last Updated date will identify the most recent revision.
