Website Terms

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Fourth & Grace website, its services, content and digital Resources.

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fourth & Grace website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Website Purpose

This website provides information about Fourth & Grace, its marketing services, selected work and perspectives, and may offer downloadable digital Resources for purchase. It is not a membership site, subscription service, marketplace or user-generated-content platform.

These website terms do not govern a client engagement and do not replace any proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other written agreement between Fourth & Grace and a client. Any client work is governed by the separate written terms applicable to that engagement.

3. Informational Content

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not individualized business, marketing, financial, legal or other professional advice. Visitors should consider their own circumstances and obtain appropriate professional guidance when needed before acting on general information from the website.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original Fourth & Grace website copy, branding, graphics, design elements and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for personal or internal business-reference purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works from original Fourth & Grace materials without permission.

Third-party names, marks, images and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms claims ownership of third-party materials.

5. Digital Resources and License

Fourth & Grace may sell downloadable digital Resources through this website. Unless a specific product license states otherwise, purchasing a digital Resource does not transfer copyright, intellectual-property rights or ownership. The purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for the purchaser’s own business purposes.

Files may not be resold, redistributed, publicly shared, sublicensed or repackaged for resale unless the specific product license expressly permits that use.

6. Digital Purchases, Payments and Refunds

Digital purchases may be processed by WooPayments or PayPal. Payment, transaction and order information may be processed and retained as reasonably necessary to complete purchases, provide download access, support customers, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. Submitting payment for a digital Resource does not create an agency, partnership or client-services relationship.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after access or download. Fourth & Grace may consider reasonable exceptions for duplicate purchases, corrupted or incorrect files, or an unresolved technical delivery failure.

7. Permitted Website Use

You may access and use the website for lawful purposes, including learning about Fourth & Grace, reviewing its services and perspectives, and deciding whether to make an inquiry.

8. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use the website to:

  • violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its accounts, systems or data;
  • introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation or circumvent security measures;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • scrape, copy or exploit website content in a manner that infringes rights or unreasonably burdens the site; or
  • use the website to transmit unlawful, harmful or deceptive material.

9. Communications and Submissions

If you choose to contact Fourth & Grace, you are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you provide. Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, confidential relationship, partnership, or obligation to provide services. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, financial, medical, password, or other sensitive information before Fourth & Grace has agreed in writing to receive it in that manner.

Information submitted through the Let’s Connect form is used to review and respond to the inquiry. The website’s Privacy Policy provides additional information about how form submissions are processed.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The website may link to websites or services operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience or reference. Fourth & Grace does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing, branding, website, SEO, digital-presence and creative outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of any service provider. Website content, examples and descriptions do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, audience growth or any other business result.

12. Website Availability and Accuracy

Fourth & Grace aims to present useful and accurate information, but content may become incomplete, outdated or unavailable. The website may be corrected, updated, suspended or discontinued without notice. Continuous, error-free or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any particular outcome. Fourth & Grace is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the site, or the acts, services or content of independent third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section is intended as a reasonable website-use limitation for a small professional-services website, not as a substitute for terms in a client agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised as the website, services or applicable requirements change. The Last Updated date will identify the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms of Use may be sent to fourthandgracecreative@gmail.com.
